With a helpless sigh, Wyatt walked up to her once more.

'Waverly... Stop your childish acts! Can't you be reasonable? I didn't go to East Bannpool to meet her..." He went on coughing.

Shifting her gaze, the bluish purple teeth marks on Wyatt's neck entered the bottom of her eyes, which were clearly glaring. The sweet talk lingering in her ear and the chaotic scene in her mind disturbed her heart, causing Waverly's anger to rise to the extreme.

"You mean I'm being unreasonable? Why are you still here if I'm being unreasonable? I've told you that it's over between us, it's over, completely over! Did you hear me clearly? Don't touch me with your filthy hands. Don't bother me again!"

Following her words were a series of beatings and pouncing. Going past him, Waverly ran off angrily.

How could he say that she was being unreasonable? He was treating her the same way the scolding in the game had been? Were his sentences about how unreasonable, a shrew, and an ugly woman she was?

Why did he come to her if he disliked her so much?

She picked up speed, but not knowing what was going on, she felt the sudden urge to burst into tears.

After running to the parking lot, Waverly's eyes fell on the cars in front of her. Before she could locate her car, Wyatt grabbed her wrist once more.

"Waverly, a fight is a fight. There are contradictions, misunderstandings, and problems. We'll resolve them all. Don't say such words! Do you know that to find you and give you an explanation, I slept in front of your house last night, so now I'm not feeling well suffering from a cold... Holding her shoulder, Wyatt tried his best to control his emotions. "You blacklisted my contact number and didn't answer my phone. Do you know how much manpower, material resources, and effort I've put in to meet you? Waverly, I'm not feeling well, and there's a mess waiting for me to attend to in the company..."

Yet, she was causing more trouble!

Swallowing his saliva, he fought the urge to cough. Wyatt did not say the last sentence. He was tired and uncomfortable. Right then, he was deeply dissatisfied with her willfulness.

"Could you not make things worse?" was the sentence he failed to get out of his mouth.

His body was fatigued. Worse, he was drained mentally!

Wyatt's tone was so low that it sounded as if he was pleading. Unfortunately, Waverly reacted like a cat whose tail had been stepped on halfway through his words, hopping up and down as though she had been struck with thunder. "So, do you want to tell me that all this is my responsibility, my fault?" Sure enough, he placed all the blame on her!

F*ck. What were men?

After cheating, would they say that women were ugly or not virtuous enough? Why wouldn't they admit to the fact that they were j*rks and have no self-control?

All the emotions, as well as the past events that had happened throughout the day and the night, flooded into her mind. The grievances that she had suppressed with effort came pouring into her heart, leading to Waverly's instantly explosion.

"You came back early. Did I ask you to return in advance? You went to East Bangpool. Did I tell you to go over? Was it me who forced you to carry your ex-girlfriend onto the bed? Did demand you abandon your official duties? Did I compel you to come searching for me? Did I ask you to come chasing after me around the city? Wyatt, don't push all the responsibilities to me! What does it have to do with me if you don't eat? What does it have to do with me that you're ill? What does your company's mess have to do with me? Subconsciously lowering his head to glance at his neck, he no longer knew how to explain the mess. His head was heavy, his thoughts entangled in confusing disarray. Wyatt obviously paused for two seconds before he stepped forward and grabbed her wrist again.

"Waverly, it's not like this. There's no one else! I've..." He had broken up with Raynee, while Raynee had accepted it as well.

Why was it that Waverly's side experienced turbulence after he finally managed to appease Raynee?
