Majestic Hotel was the most luxurious hotel in Grayvale.

After Dustin and the women stepped inside, Devina looked around at everything inquisitively. This was the first time she had been to such a high- class place. She was a little excited.

"They said the reunion is at the VIP ballroom. I don't know where it is." Devina went to ask someone about its location and led Dustin and Shawna toward the VIP ballroom.

The VIP ballroom had been decorated lavishly. Most of their ex-classmates were present. For most of them, it was the first time they had been to such a fancy place. That was why they were having so much fun.

"Everyone, look who's here!" Devina said loudly.

Those who heard her turned and looked. When they saw that Shawna was among those at the door, they all had different reactions. Shawna was once the campus belle, and many of the men had been interested in her. When they saw her, interest shone in their eyes.

As for the women, they all wore uneasy expressions. They did not quite like that Shawna was there.

"Our campus belle! A truly rare sight! Our reunion is finally blessed by your presence. Come in, come in..."

Devina pulled Shawna inside, and Dustin followed behind them.

"Devina, is this your boyfriend?" someone asked Devina while looking at Dustin.

"Are you blind?" Devina looked upset. "Would I get someone like him as a boyfriend? I have nothing to do with him. He might be Shawna's boyfriend. His name is Dustin Fox."

Devina used Shawna's name to free herself of any connection to Dustin.

The whole ballroom went quiet.

Everyone looked at Dustin and sized him up.

"You're really great to be able to land someone like Shawna," the previous woman said and smiled as she walked over. "You must be an exceptional man to be able to her as your girlfriend. I wonder which famous university you graduated from? Where are you working now?"

She asked those questions intentionally. She was trying to embarrass Shawna.

As expected, Shawn's pretty face fell instantly.

Everyone was paying attention. They wanted to hear Dustin's response.

"I've never been to university. I graduated from Riverside High. I rear pigs on the outskirts near Blossom Hill. I also guard Miss Welch's company," Dustin said with a smile.

The guests in the ballroom all beamed at Dustin's answer.

Shawna was their campus belle, whom everyone had admired back in school. Yet, she had actually gotten such a useless person as her boyfriend.
