My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness

Chapter 527

At the base of the Lotus Sect Mountain, a division of Lord Barbenheim's personal army was stationed. They were ready to mobilize at a moment's notice.

The full army had not gathered, and the Dragon Supreme had already warned him, so Lord Barbenheim did not order an attack on the Lotus Sect. Instead, his troops remained stationed at the foot of the mountain.

As dawn broke, Lord Barbenheim stumbled down the mountain in a battered state and collapsed before the personal army's main camp.

"Your Highness!"

The soldiers quickly noticed him, and their expressions shifted to panic as they hurried to carry him into the camp for treatment.

The camp's medic worked urgently. After a tense effort, Lord Barbenheim finally opened his eyes with great difficulty.

"Your Highness, your injuries are too severe. The facilities here are inadequate. You must be transported immediately to the best hospital in Grayvale or your life will be at risk!" the medic said gravely.

"Your Highness, who dared to injure you this badly? Tell me, and I will flatten the Lotus Sect and tear them to pieces!" the army's commander declared in rage.

Lord Barbenheim weakly waved a hand to silence him.

"Return... to the Barbenheim Institution..."

He managed to utter a few words before losing consciousness again.

When Lord Barbenheim woke up again, he was lying in his own bed in the Barbenheim Institution and surrounded by cutting-edge medical equipment. Tubes and monitors were attached to his whole body.

"Your Highness, you're awake..." Several doctors stood nearby with expressions of deep concern.

These were top medical experts from Grayvale and were personally summoned by the commander to treat Lord Barbenheim.

"How... how bad is it?" Lord Barbenheim asked in a faint voice.

"Extremely serious. You might not have survived if not for your sheer willpower..." one of the doctors said. "Your body has suffered immense trauma, your organs were damaged, and many of your joints were crushed. Only the Medical Sage can heal you..."

Lord Barbenheim's face darkened.

The Medical Sage...

A figure of such unparalleled skill was nearly impossible to seek out even for someone of his stature. Seeking his help was a near-impossible task.

They might not even be able to find him.

"I underestimated the terrifying power of a Martial King. He's truly deserving of the title 'Transcendent," Lord Barbenheim muttered.noveldrama

Thou was an Apex Martial Saint and just half a step away from becoming a Martial King himself, a single strike from Dustin using The Guide to Slaying a Dragon had left him.

teetering on the brink of death.

What he did not realize was that Dustin was no ordinary Transcendent Martial

King. Even the Dragon Supreme was no match for him.

"Your Highness, what happened on the mountain?" the commander asked.

"Dustin... has ascended to the Transcendent Martial King level," Lord Barbenheim said grimly.

The revelation stunned all the men in the room.

"Summon the entire personal army to gather outside the institution immediately. Also, use my royal seal to mobilize the Western Forces!" Lord Barbenheim commanded.

"Your Highness, is it necessary to deploy such overwhelming forces for the surviving descendant of the Fox family?" The commander was puzzled by the scale of the response.

The combined forces of Lord

Barbeheim's personal army and the

Western Forces were more than

capable of wiping out an entire city.

To deploy them against a single person seemed like utter overkill.

"Do not underestimate Dustin. Carry out my orders at once!" Lord Barbenheim said seriously.

"Yes, Your Highness!" The commander dared not question further and left to execute the orders.

Then, ignoring the protests from the doctors, Lord Barbenheim ordered the tubes to be removed from his body and demanded to be brought to the secret room within the Barbenheim Institution.

The room was filled with collections of the Barbenheim Institution. At the far end stood a massive screen, which Lord Barbenheim instructed his men to activate.

This screen was a communication link with the Divine Hall, and it was seldom used.

The screen flickered to life after a pause and revealed a figure wearing a blood- red demonic mask.

"Lord Barbenheim, Titus Williams, what do you want?" the figure asked coldly.
