Cedric stared at her coldly without saying a word. She didn't dare move closer, let alone barge into the room.

Just then, a waiter arrived, pushing a food cart. Cedric took the cart himself, gave Laura a glance, and said, "Move."

Laura instinctively stepped back but couldn't help trying one more time. "Ced, I just-"

Before she could finish, Cedric shut the door in her face.

When Cedric returned to the room with the cart, Noelle glanced toward the door curiously. "Who was that talking to you just now?" she asked. The voice sounded like a woman's.

Cedric replied calmly, "Room service."

He handed Noelle a bag containing clothes. "Go change into these first."

Noelle took the bag but hesitated. How was she supposed to change when she wasn't wearing anything at the moment?

Cedric turned his back to her. "Go ahead. I won't look."
